( The problem )

The gap always lands
at 7:43.

A monitor calls in sick, a new service opens, a shift is half-covered — and a coordinator starts scrolling group chats, guessing who's free, who has the certificate, who can physically get there by four. Coverage runs on memory and luck.

Workee replaces the scramble with a system. It reads the pending need, cross-checks requirements, availability, distance and history against the company's own pool of temporary and part-time workers, and recommends exactly who to invite. No new marketplace, no strangers: your bolsa, ordered.

It sees everything a group chat can't sort.

Hueco detectado15:58 · Natación infantil · hoy 16:00–18:00

A world where every island is a workplace.

The landing paints the product's mental model as a watercolor archipelago: schools, pools and shops as little islands, workers walking dotted routes between them, flags marking covered centres. Over it, the promise in two serif lines — cover gaps with AI, with your own pool. Soft where staffing tools are usually grey.

Not who's free — who fits.

Four signal cards show what the model actually weighs: who can truly work that slot, who holds the language or certification, who can reach the centre without improvising, who has accepted — and shown up — before. It all lands in one plain-Spanish recommendation card: invite these people first, and here's why.

How it decides — availability, requirements, distance and history feeding one AI recommendation.

Four medallions, one pipeline.

The flow section compresses the whole machine into four watercolor medallions: the AI understands the pending coverage, ranks the workers, sends invitations without noise — first to the cohort that fits best, escalating only if nobody accepts — and leaves evidence behind. Numbered chips in the product's four accent colors carry the sequence.

The flow — four illustrated steps from pending need to closed coverage.

The worker's side is a feed, not a form.

On the phone, opportunities read like cards in a feed — each with its state chip, centre, schedule and distance: invitación, nuevo hueco, refuerzo, cerca de ti. The worker understands the context and signs up with one tap; coordination watches the coverage advance in real time instead of reconstructing WhatsApp threads.

The mobile app — an opportunities feed with state chips, schedule and distance, one-tap sign-up.
Cobertura cerrada18:04 · fichaje GPS · horas · valoración

Closed means proven.

Workee deliberately isn't an HR suite — no payroll, no holidays. The product grid states its narrow obsession: automatic eligibility, a ranking that arrives with reasons, cohort invitations, a coverage map, and GPS-stamped evidence binding acceptance, hours and rating to the shift. Then it learns which centres are hard and who actually says yes.

The product grid — eligibility, explained ranking, cohort invitations, coverage map, evidence and learning.

( Under the hood )

Operational signals,
not org charts.

01 · Matching

Five signals per match

Availability, requirements, distance, history and conflicts feed every ranking — and each recommendation ships with its reasons: why this person, what's the risk, what's left to confirm.

02 · Two sides

One state, everywhere

The coordinator's web panel and the worker's mobile app read from the same live coverage state — invitations, acceptances and open holes update in real time, so nobody reconstructs a chat thread.

03 · Evidence

Proof, not promises

GPS clock-in, incidents, hours and ratings stay bound to each coverage as a queryable trail — and an MCP endpoint exposes it all to AI agents, so the ops data works as hard as the ops team.

Mind the gap.

We build AI systems that live inside real operations — ranking, inviting, proving. Tell us about the shifts you can't close.
