Four signal cards show what the model actually weighs: who can truly work that slot, who holds the language or certification, who can reach the centre without improvising, who has accepted — and shown up — before. The flow section compresses the whole machine into four watercolor medallions: the AI understands the pending coverage, ranks the workers, sends invitations without noise — first to the cohort that fits best, escalating only if nobody accepts — and leaves evidence behind. Numbered chips in the product's four accent colors carry the sequence.
On the phone, opportunities read like cards in a feed — each with its state chip, centre, schedule and distance: invitación, nuevo hueco, refuerzo, cerca de ti. The worker understands the context and signs up with one tap; coordination watches the coverage advance in real time instead of reconstructing WhatsApp threads.
Workee deliberately isn't an HR suite — no payroll, no holidays. The product grid states its narrow obsession: automatic eligibility, a ranking that arrives with reasons, cohort invitations, a coverage map, and GPS-stamped evidence binding acceptance, hours and rating to the shift. Then it learns which centres are hard and who actually says yes.

Availability, requirements, distance, history and conflicts feed every ranking — and each recommendation ships with its reasons: why this person, what's the risk, what's left to confirm.
The coordinator's web panel and the worker's mobile app read from the same live coverage state — invitations, acceptances and open holes update in real time, so nobody reconstructs a chat thread.
GPS clock-in, incidents, hours and ratings stay bound to each coverage as a queryable trail — and an MCP endpoint exposes it all to AI agents, so the ops data works as hard as the ops team.
